By accessing and/or using this website you are considered to be a USER. Moreover, by virtue of the said access and/or use, it is understood that the USERS accept the general terms and conditions set forth in this Legal Notice. These general terms and conditions apply regardless of any General Contracting Terms and Conditions that must, where appropriate, be complied with.
- SITE USE
The www.mowforumandalucia.org website provides access to extensive information, services, programs and data (hereinafter “the content”) on the Internet that belongs to RACE or its licensors, to which USERS may have access. USERS assume responsibility for using the website.
USERS undertake to make proper use of the content and services (e.g. Blog services, discussion forums and news groups) that RACE offers or may offer on its website, and further undertake, for illustrative purposes albeit not limited to the same, to refrain from using the said contents and services to: (i) conduct activities that are unlawful, illegal or go against good faith or public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic or pornographic-illegal nature or that supports terrorism or contravenes human rights; (iii) damage RACE’s physical and logical systems, those of its providers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses on the Internet or any other physical or logical systems prone to causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) try to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users or change or manipulate their messages. RACE reserves the right to withdraw those comments and contributions that infringe upon respect for the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic or that violate young people’s and children’s rights or go against public order and safety, or which it deems inappropriate for publication.
Whatever the case, RACE shall not be liable for any opinions aired by users in the forums, chats or other participatory tools. Likewise, RACE does not necessarily assume any responsibility for the opinions expressed by its collaborators on its website.
- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
RACE by itself, or as the assignee, holds all the intellectual and industrial property rights over its website, as well as its content (such as, for illustrative purposes, images, sound, audio, video, software and texts, trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, the selection of the materials used, computer programs required for them to function, access and use, etc.), which are owned by RACE or its licensors.
