In any event, users will be answerable for the truthfulness of the data provided and are responsible
for informing RACE of any change to the same, thus relieving RACE of any liability in this regard.

  1. What data do we collect?

On making a request for information, getting in touch with us by email and when answering your requests for information on www.mowforumandalucia.org website content, we will only ask you for ID and contact details (name, surname(s), telephone number and email address). What do we use the personal data you give us for? For how long will your data be kept? RACE will use your data to reply to your requests for information. RACE attaches great importance to the security of all personal identification information. Unfortunately, transferring information over the Internet is not completely secure. Accordingly, we make a great effort and assign resources to improve our website every day and to render the features we make available to you over it more secure.

Under no circumstances will publicity or communications be sent to users for sale or other commercial purposes unless the user in question has expressly given their consent to receive such communications. Furthermore, RACE will not send messages or unsolicited chain emails unless the data subject has previously consented to them.
